Under the authority of section 54 of the Legal Aid Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into an Amending Agreement which extends the terms and conditions of the Agreement for the provision of federal funding to the province for legal aid for the period of April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.
