Under the authority of section 54 of the Legal Aid Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into an Amending Agreement which amends the definition of immigration and refugee legal aid services to reflect the increased contribution in 2009-2010.
