Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows:  $542,000 in 2010/11, $562,000 in 2011/12, and $542,000 in 2012/13 to facilitate the province entering into a contribution agreement with Health Canada to enhance the addictions treatment system in Newfoundland and Labrador.
