Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend OC2011-084 to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $5.82M for 2012-13 and $6.08M for 2013-14 to facilitate project approvals. 

OC2011-084 is hereby amended.
