Municipalities Act
Under the authority of section 261 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby revokes the appointment of the Administrator for the Town of Avondale, effective upon the election of a new council, and directs that an election be held in the Town of Avondale on November 8, 2011.
