Under the authority of section 2 of An Act to Amend the Standard Time Act, SNL2011, c. 6, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on November 6, 2011.
