Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 7.5 m² situated at Goose Cove, Trinity Bay, in the Electoral District of Trinity North, to Paul Snow for the purpose of a wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
