Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 75 m² situated at Indian Pond, Seal Cove, Conception Bay South, in the Electoral District of Harbour Main, to the Indian Pond Small Boat Launch Corporation for the purpose of a slipway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
