Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 255 m² situated at Byrne’s Pond in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands to Lisa Anne Bennett for the purpose of an ultralight airplane hangar subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences.
