Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Town of St. George’s to issue a Request for Proposals to design and construct a wastewater treatment plant in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998 under the Public Tender Act.
