Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit up to $100,000 against its budgetary appropriations for each of fiscal years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract for travel agency services for the period January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2015 for the Medical Transportation Assistance Program (MTAP).
