Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to KE Software Inc. for the purchase, implementation and support of a Rooms Collection Management System as follows: $76,611 in 2012-13; $23,676 in 2013-14; $24,157 in 2014-15; and $24,643 in 2015-16.
