Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Robert Constantineas Assistant Deputy Minister – Taxation and Fiscal Policy in the Department of Finance, effective September 30, 2011, with Mr. Constantine to receive termination benefits upon retirement in accordance with section 6.2 of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
