Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Laurie Skinner as Assistant Deputy Minister – Taxation and Fiscal Policy in the Department of Finance, effective October 1, 2011, at her current salary on the 1560 Point Scale.
