Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tom Lawrence as a Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, at pleasure, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Len Simms, with salary prorated for the period of this temporary assignment to reflect a 10% increase, which would place him temporarily at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
