Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $800,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2012-13 to facilitate the award of a contract for Phase I of the Exploits Valley High School Redevelopment (New Gym Construction) in Grand Falls-Windsor to Bluebird Investments Limited.
