Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bill Duggan as Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for Labour Market Recruitment (Major Projects) in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective August 29, 2011, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
