Under the authority of subsection 5(2) of the Rail Service Act, 2009, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to amend the 2014 operating permit for the Labrador Iron Mines Railway Line, to add Tata Steel Minerals Canada Limited as an additional Owner-Operator.
