Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Rick Healey as the Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Employment Support in the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective October 3, 2011, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1308 point scale in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
