Under the authority of subsection 37(4) of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Roderick Mercer and Stephen Burt as temporary members of the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board to hear the grievance filed in relation to the common boundaries of mineral licences 6894M and 20398M, for a period not exceeding 6 months, effective immediately.
