Under the authority of subsection 29(1) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Complaints Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, effective immediately:
 a) Donald E. Anthony, Chief Adjudicator;
 b) Raymond Critch;
 c) Kellie Cullihall;
 d) Gregory A. French;
 e) Colleen Anne Hanrahan;
 f) Kimberley R. Horwood;
 g) Kimberly Mackay;
 h) David A. Mills, Q.C.;
 i) Lisa Anne Byrne, Q.C.;
 j) Andrew Conway;
 k) John V.B. O’Dea, Q.C.; and
 l) Andrew Wadden.
