Constitution Act; House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act
Under the authority section 128 of the Constitution Act, 1867 and section 5 of the House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a Commission for the purpose of administering the Oath or Affirmation of Allegiance and the Oath or Affirmation of Office to the persons elected to be Members of the Forty-Seventh General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador.
