Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judith Hearn as Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective December 1, 2011, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
