Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Joan Burke to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities and Minister Responsible for Youth Engagement, with effect from October 28, 2011.
