Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Kevin O’Brien to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Municipal Affairs, Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services – Newfoundland and Labrador, and Registrar General, with effect from October 28, 2011.
