Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Morris as Assistant Deputy Minister (Energy Policy) with the Department of Natural Resources, effective March 26, 2013, at his current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
