Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Charlene Johnson to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, with effect from October 28, 2011.
