Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Susan Sullivan to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Health and Community Services, Minister Responsible for Aging and Seniors and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, with effect from October 28, 2011.
