Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Mr.Nick McGrath to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs, Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs and Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, with effect from October 28, 2011.
