Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure and reconstitute the Department of Education, effective October 28, 2011, consisting of some of those functions formerly within the Department of Education, with 2 branches as follows:

i)  Corporate Services; and

ii)  Primary, Elementary and Secondary Education.
