Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure Executive Council effective October 28, 2011, to create a Labrador Affairs Office within Executive Council and to incorporate all of those functions formerly within the Brand Development Division of the Department of Business into the Communications and Consultations Branch of Executive Council.
