Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Joan Shea to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Environment and Conservation, Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change, Energy Efficiency and Emissions Trading, and Deputy Government House Leader, with effect from October 9, 2013.
