Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Sandy Collins as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health and Community Services, with effect from October 28, 2011.
