Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Baxter Rose as the Acting Deputy Minister with responsibility for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, effective June 2, 2011 until the appointment of a permanent incumbent, in addition to his responsibilities as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
