Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 94 m², situated at Denny’s Pond in the Electoral District of Trinity-Bay De Verde, to Roderick Gosse for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
