Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act,and upon the advice of the Attorney General,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near St. Mary’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (as described in the survey attached as Appendix “B” of the Minister’s Submission, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council) to James Murray, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and on such conditions as the Minister of Justice may determine, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said James Murray.
