Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 8,500 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services from Crosbie Group Limited located in the Viking Building, St. John's, NL, for an eighteen (18) month period from October 1, 2011 to March 31, 2013 at an increased rental rate of $195,776.25 per annum ($23.03/sq ft) exclusive of HST.
