Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of abandoned highway reservation located at Swift Current contained within the boundaries of the legal survey, delineating an area of 0.1508 Hectare, and more particularly described and shown on the plan in Schedule “A” and Schedule “B”, attached as Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, and the administration and control of the parcel is hereby transferred forever to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
