Under the authority of paragraph 7(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown Land comprising an area of 0.232 hectare to Newfoundland Aqua Service Limited in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay-Cape La Hune for the purpose of aquaculture industry service subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
