Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 7,600 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Government Services, Government Service Centre from Noton Enterprises Limited, in the Noton Building, Corner Brook, NL, for a period from January 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010 at an increased rental rate of $24.75 per square foot (total annual rate of $188,100.00), and thereafter on a month to month basis at the same rental rate, with all existing terms and conditions of the original lease remaining the same.
