Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,443 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Justice, Family Justice Services Division from Daleco Limited, at 63 Broadway, Corner Brook, NL, for a 12 month period effective November 1, 2009 at the existing rental rate of $18.00 per square foot (total annual rate of $61,974.00) with all existing terms and conditions of the original lease remaining the same.
