Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre?commit funding in the amount of $7,700,000 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the replacement of Virginia Park Elementary.
