Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding in the amount of $212,650 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the purchase and installation of the seats at the Gander Arts and Culture Centre.
