Under the authority of section 10 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the amended “Memorandum of Understanding Respecting a Federal/Provincial/Territorial Agreement on Vehicle Weights and Dimensions”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council with the Minister of Government Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs being authorized to sign future amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding without further reference to Cabinet, subject to the amendments not containing any substantive policy or financial implications and with the amending agreement being reviewed by the Department of Justice and being to the satisfaction of the Minister of Government Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs
