Under the authority of section 8 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the newly categorized entities attached in Annex A of the Premier’s submission to develop plans of less than three years in length with all subsequent plans for these entities to be three years in length.
