Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to endorse a cheque dated November 27, 2009 in an amount of $22,463.42 made payable jointly to Thomas Development (1989) Corporation and Royal & Sun Alliance, which endorsement will favour Royal & Sun Alliance.
