Under the authority of section 4 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Johnston as Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary effective May 1, 2010 with salary at an appropriate level on the 2136 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
