Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Centre of Environmental Excellence and the Ecosystem Sustainability and Research Division of the Department of Natural Resources into a new Division, as contained in the Minister’s submission, to be called the Centre for Forest Science and Innovation reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister (Forestry Branch).
