Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Jean Tilley as Acting Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective April 30, 2010 with a salary increase of 10 percent for the duration of her temporary appointment as Acting Chief Information Officer.
