Under the authority of section 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and in accordance with section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant?Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, on behalf of the Province, to enter into a revised Memorandum of Understanding with the province of New Brunswick respecting undergraduate medical seat allocation at Memorial University, substantially along the lines of the draft Memorandum of Understanding on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council as Annex B.
